This guided tour of Ceres highlights some of the features of the village and shows how it owes its existence to the surrounding countryside and to the industry of its people.
The walk is an easy route of about 3/4 mile taking some 45 minutes and begins at the provost at the Cross (1). Simply click onto a number for a description of what can be seen there.
The walk can be easily extended to several hours if one prevails upon oneself to examine thoroughly the interiors of the Ceres Inn at Location 1 and the Meldrums Hotel at Location 7!!!

If you are actually visiting the village and wish to walk the trail, click on the link below to view a printer friendly version of the entire walk.
