Information for External Traders

All trade stands are sold in individual blocks at the prices below:

2026 Traders Application Form

Initial applications for a pitch should be sent by e-mail with the completed application form attached to eventcoord@ceresgames.co.uk. Payment details for the pitch fee will be confirmed once an application has been accepted.

Stalls will be pitched on the road, which is closed to traffic, and must be set up by 8.30am

Charitable collection buckets may only be displayed on stalls - no soliciting in front of the stall or anywhere else in the vicinity of the Games will be permitted.
